1. Nature of This Programme
iinsights is currently operating in a closed MVP validation phase. Access to the platform during this period is granted strictly for testing and evaluation purposes under a signed participation agreement between DAVID CHAU trading as iinsights and the participating organisation (“Participant”).
The platform, its features, matching outputs, and evaluation scores are not production-ready and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any hiring decision. All functionality is subject to change, withdrawal, or modification without prior notice during this phase.
2. Data Handling During the Testing Phase
2.1 Temporary Nature of All Data
All personal data processed during the testing phase — including candidate CVs, job descriptions, match profiles, evaluation scores, and any derived outputs — is held on a strictly temporary basis. No data submitted during this phase is intended for permanent retention.
Participants acknowledge that data submitted during the testing phase is processed exclusively for the purpose of evaluating platform functionality and must not include data subjects who have not been informed of this context.
2.2 Data Destruction at End of Phase
Upon conclusion of the testing phase, all personal data will be permanently deleted and destroyed from active systems, databases, and file storage within 3 business days of the agreed end date. Deletion confirmations are available upon request.
Backups containing personal data will be purged within 7 days of the end date in accordance with our backup rotation schedule.
2.3 Email Forwarding & Ingestion
Where the platform’s email ingestion feature is used to forward CVs or documents to iinsights for processing, the following applies:
- Forwarded emails and their attachments are automatically purged from the ingestion pipeline within 24 hours of receipt.
- Raw email content is not retained beyond this window under any circumstances.
- Processed and structured data derived from those emails is subject to the general data destruction policy in Section 2.2 above.
Participants are advised not to forward emails containing unsolicited or irrelevant personal data through the ingestion pipeline.
2.4 Retained Statistical Data
Following data destruction, we will retain anonymised and aggregated statistical data only, which may include:
- Total number of CVs and job descriptions processed.
- Match evaluation counts per role category or seniority level.
- Number of successful recruitment outcomes reported by Participants.
- Platform usage metrics (sessions, features accessed, processing volumes).
- System performance indicators (processing times, error rates, model latency).
This statistical data contains no personal identifiers and cannot be used to identify any individual. It will be used solely for internal product development, investor reporting, and academic or research purposes.
3. Programme Duration
The testing phase is expected to run for one to two months from the agreed start date, as set out in each Participant’s individual participation agreement.
We reserve the right to:
- Extend the testing phase by written notice to Participants where additional validation cycles are required.
- Terminate the testing phase early if critical issues are identified that require significant platform rework.
- Suspend access for individual Participants at any time without cause during the testing phase.
Any extension or early termination will be communicated with a minimum of 3 business days notice where operationally possible.
4. Platform Accuracy & Limitations
During this phase, iinsights’ AI-generated outputs — including match scores, candidate evaluations, and 4D profile assessments — are experimental. Specifically:
- Scores and rankings are generated by AI models under active development and may be inconsistent, incomplete, or inaccurate.
- The platform has not been validated against a statistically significant sample size at this stage.
- Outputs should be treated as indicative signals for human review, not as definitive assessments of candidate suitability.
- We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any output generated during the testing phase.
Participants are expected to apply their own professional judgement to all platform outputs and remain solely responsible for any recruitment or people decisions made during or following participation in this programme.
5. Confidentiality
All features, interfaces, methodologies, scoring logic, and outputs observed or accessed during the testing phase are confidential and proprietary to DAVID CHAU trading as iinsights.
Participants agree not to:
- Disclose, reproduce, or share platform outputs, screenshots, or evaluation logic with third parties without prior written consent.
- Use insights gained during the testing phase to develop or assist in developing competing products or services.
- Publish reviews, benchmarks, or assessments of the platform without our prior written approval.
This confidentiality obligation survives the end of the testing phase.
6. No Commercial Commitment
Participation in the testing phase does not constitute or imply:
- Any commercial agreement or subscription to iinsights beyond the testing period.
- Any guarantee of platform availability, feature continuity, or pricing following general release.
- Any obligation on either party to enter into a commercial relationship after the testing phase concludes.
Any transition to a paid or commercial arrangement following the testing phase will be subject to separate written agreement.
7. Participant Responsibilities
By participating in this programme, you confirm that:
- You have obtained all necessary consents or have a lawful basis to submit candidate personal data for processing under this testing context.
- You have informed relevant data subjects that their data may be processed on an experimental platform during a time-limited evaluation period.
- The data submitted does not include special category data (health, religion, political opinions, etc.) unless expressly agreed in writing.
- You will promptly notify us if you become aware of any data quality issue, accidental submission, or data subject objection during the testing phase.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DAVID CHAU trading as iinsights shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from:
- Participation in or reliance upon the testing programme.
- Platform downtime, data loss, or inaccurate outputs during the testing phase.
- Any recruitment outcome, hiring decision, or employment matter connected to platform use.
